Technologies New Energy Plc (TNE) is a listed renewable energy company dedicated to accelerating energy transition for industrial clients. We specialise in the development of green fuels (SAF, Green Methanol), renewable energy systems and energy storage projects. TNE's end-to-end platform provides scalable solutions for industrial decarbonisation, supporting clients through consulting, project execution and the development of proprietary bio-refineries. Our Services TNE operates through three complementary business units: - Energy Transition Advisory: Technical design, regulatory strategy, and decarbonisation planning for clean energy systems. - O&M Contracting Services: Installation, operation, and maintenance of energy infrastructure. - Portfolio Management: Development of our own biorefinery projects using hybrid Biomass-to-Liquid (BtL) technology to produce clean fuels and chemicals. Our Projects TNE is developing a portfolio of biorefineries across Portugal, with projected annual production of 41,000 tonnes of clean fuels. The facilities use second-generation biomass and plug-and-play technology. Backed by long-term offtake agreements, these projects will support decarbonisation of hard-to-electrify sectors including shipping, aviation, and industry. Full operations are targeted by 2027. Our Strategy TNE’s strategy is to build a decentralised clean energy platform that can be rapidly scaled and replicated across key markets. Through a strategic JV’s, we have secured full CapEx funding for each refinery, enabling growth with backed by global partners. Our model combines advisory and contracting services with project ownership, offering long-term value for shareholders. Our Clients and Partners TNE proudly works with global Tier 1 companies that span sectors from shipping to fertilisers to water utilities. TNE’s partners support project execution, feedstock supply and fuel offtake agreements. Our Plans TNE plans to scale operations by: - Launching four biorefineries, with first production expected in 2026. - Expanding our energy advisory and contracting services across the EU. - Developing additional "Biomass to Liquids" refinery sites and developing a pan-European clean fuels network.
