Company Overview

Mosaic operates an integrated business that includes mining, processing, manufacturing and distribution. Its phosphate operations are primarily located in the United States, while its potash operations include mining assets in Canada and the United States. Through Mosaic Fertilizantes, the company serves agricultural customers across Brazil and other markets in Latin America, in addition to customers in North America and international markets.

The company was formed in 2004 through the combination of IMC Global and the fertilizer business of Cargill. Mosaic is headquartered in Tampa, Florida, and sells its products through its own distribution network and third-party channels. Bruce Bodine serves as the company’s president and chief executive officer.
