What are Wall Street analysts saying about Oshkosh stock?

Here are some recent quotes from research analysts about Oshkosh stock:
  • 1. According to Zacks Investment Research, "During fourth-quarter fiscal 2018, Oshkosh’s adjusted earnings and revenues surpassed the respective Zacks Consensus Estimate. Further, both earnings per share and revenues witnessed year over year rise. Strong backlogs across all the four segments, along with expectation of a favorable market demand, have encouraged the company to set positive guidance for fiscal 2019. Also, solid product demand in the North American market and other international markets led to the robust demand for Oshkosh’s access equipment segment’s products. It also pays regular dividends and engages in share buyback programs to enhance shareholder value. However, rise in raw material costs, freight rates and unstable foreign currency are concerns for Oshkosh." (11/14/2018)
  • 2. SunTrust Banks, Inc. analysts commented, "On Wednesday (1/24), B. Riley FBR hosted TransAct Technologies’ (TACT) CEO Bart Schulman on a non-deal roadshow. Unsurprisingly, discussions were focused on the large market opportunity for its restaurant solutions terminals and the ancillary recurring revenue. While TransAct continues to serve as a key printer supplier for the lottery market and one of the major players for TITO slot machines which combined provide steady cash flow, strategic focus has shifted to industries with higher margin and growth prospects that helped recent margin expansion and growth in profitability. We continue to believe the pipeline for higher-margin products (restaurant terminals, spare parts, labels, service, and casino bonusing products) is strong and we expect a 260 bps adjusted EBITDA margin expansion and 22.2% EBITDA growth for FY17 as a result."
