ETF Overview

iShares MSCI USA ETF, formerly iShares MSCI USA Index Fund (the Fund), is an exchange-traded fund. The Fund seeks investment resulte that correspond to the price and yield performance of the MSCI USA Index (the Underlying Index). The Underlying Index is a market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the performance of equity securities in the 85% by market capitalization of equity securities listed on stock exchanges in the United States. The Fund invests at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index. The Fund may invest the remainder of its assets in other securities, including securities not in the Underlying Index, futures contracts, options on futures contracts, other types of options and swaps related to its Underlying Index, as well as cash and cash equivalents. The Fund's investment adviser is BlackRock Fund Advisors.
