Jervois was formerly known as Jervois Mining and adopted the Jervois Global name following its expansion into international cobalt refining and chemicals. In response to difficult cobalt market conditions, the company suspended mining operations at its Idaho project in 2023 and has subsequently pursued measures to restructure and streamline its business.
