Since its inception, the exchange has expanded its offerings to include cross-border connectivity initiatives such as Linkages with other Asian bourses and connectivity to major trading platforms in Europe and North America. Its Post-Trade Services division provides clearing and settlement through its wholly owned subsidiary, Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX-RegCo).

The exchange serves issuers and investors across Asia-Pacific and beyond, with a network of offices in key financial centers including London, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo and New York. It caters to domestic and international banks, brokers, asset managers and corporate issuers, supporting both primary listings and secondary market trading.

SGX is led by CEO Loh Boon Chye, who has overseen the company’s strategic transformation and digital initiatives since 2015. Under his leadership, SGX continues to invest in technology platforms, market data services and sustainable finance products, reinforcing its position as a leading integrated exchange in the region.
