It serves aerospace, agriculture, aviation, broadcasting, finance, government, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, retail, telecom, and transportation industries. The company was formerly known as Nippon Electric Company, Limited and changed its name to NEC Corporation in April 1983.
