That's a tough one. You know, as, as you know, we've never, I'll say it, in our lifetime, you know, maybe it's a little shorter than that, but, you know, we haven't seen in twenty years a rate increase at this pace, and at this level, you know, ever. You know, so the shock of the, where mortgage rates have gone, you know, from the, call it, super low levels during COVID timeframe to, you know, where they are today, is unprecedented. So I think it's, it's hard to correlate that back. I think what we saw in late August is just a great indicator of even a very small change in rates down, stimulated the market. In this case, our view principally, you know, in, in refi, but there's clearly some purchase activity. You know, there's, there's purchase activity today.
