About Frontier Communications Parent

Frontier Communications Parent (NASDAQ:FYBR) (NASDAQ: FYBR) is the holding company and parent organization of Frontier Communications, a provider of broadband, voice and video services across the United States. Formed in conjunction with the company’s restructuring and corporate spin-off, Frontier Communications Parent oversees the strategic direction and capital allocation for its operating subsidiaries, which deliver telecommunications solutions to residential and business customers.

The company’s operating units design, build and manage a diversified network infrastructure that includes fiber-to-the-premises (FTTP), digital subscriber line (DSL) and fixed wireless technologies. Frontier offers high-speed internet access, traditional and voice-over-IP (VoIP) telephone services, and video entertainment packages. On the business side, the company provides enterprise Ethernet, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity solutions and managed network services tailored to small, medium and large enterprises.

Frontier Communications Parent focuses primarily on rural, suburban and small-town markets, serving customers in approximately 25 states from coast to coast. The company has invested in upgrading its network footprint to support multi-gigabit broadband speeds and to expand coverage in underserved areas. Its geographic reach spans the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and parts of the Western United States, where it often represents the primary broadband provider in less densely populated regions.

The roots of Frontier trace back to Citizens Utilities, founded in 1935, and over the decades the company has grown through acquisitions and network expansions. After filing for Chapter 11 protection and emerging in the early 2020s, Frontier completed a spin-off transaction that separated its fiber‐rich assets into a standalone enterprise and enabled the newly reorganized holding company to commence trading under the symbol FYBR. Frontier Communications Parent continues to pursue network modernization and service innovation under its current corporate structure.
