About Aperam

Aperam (OTCMKTS:APEMY) S.A. is a Luxembourg-based producer of stainless, specialty and electrical steels. The company manufactures a broad range of flat and long stainless steel products, including coils, sheets, plates, bars and wires, serving applications in sectors such as automotive, construction, engineering, energy, food processing and household appliances.

Aperam also produces nickel alloys and other specialty materials designed for demanding industrial environments. Through its services and solutions activities, the company provides processing, finishing, distribution and related support for steel products. Its recycling operations use scrap and other recyclable materials as important inputs for production.

Aperam was created in 2011 through the spin-off of ArcelorMittal’s stainless and specialty steels businesses. The company serves customers internationally, with industrial and commercial operations primarily in Europe and Brazil, as well as activities serving markets in other regions. Aperam’s shares trade on European exchanges, while its American depositary receipts trade over the counter in the United States under the symbol APEMY.
