About Energy Fuels

Energy Fuels (NYSEAMERICAN:UUUU). is a U.S.-based critical minerals company focused on the exploration, recovery, processing and production of uranium, vanadium and rare earth elements. The company supplies uranium concentrates for the nuclear energy industry and also develops other critical mineral products used in advanced manufacturing, electronics and clean-energy technologies.

Energy Fuels owns and operates the White Mesa Mill in Utah, a major U.S. facility capable of processing conventional uranium and vanadium ores as well as certain alternative feed materials. The mill has also been adapted to process monazite mineral sands and produce a mixed rare earth carbonate, which can be further processed into separated rare earth products, including neodymium-praseodymium oxide. The company’s activities are primarily focused in the United States, while some rare earth feed materials are obtained through international supply arrangements.

Energy Fuels has also pursued the recovery of vanadium from existing resources and the development of additional uranium and critical-mineral properties. The company is headquartered in Lakewood, Colorado, and is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Mark S. Chalmers.
