SEACOR Marine (NYSE:SMHI) is a marine transportation company that provides support services to the offshore energy industry. The company owns and operates a fleet of offshore support vessels used to transport personnel, equipment, supplies and other cargo to and from offshore drilling rigs, production facilities and construction sites.

Its services include platform supply, fast support, anchor-handling and other specialized marine operations. SEACOR Marine also provides vessel management and related logistics services, supporting offshore exploration, development, production and maintenance activities. Its capabilities can also be used in offshore construction and other marine projects.

The company serves customers in various offshore energy regions, including markets in the Americas, the Middle East, West Africa, the North Sea and Southeast Asia, although its operating footprint may change with customer demand and contract opportunities. SEACOR Marine became an independent publicly traded company in 2017 following its separation from SEACOR Holdings Inc. The company is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and is led by Chief Executive Officer John Gellert.
