Before I get into the details of the quarter, I'd like to remind everyone that our business is highly seasonal, and historically, Q2 contributes approximately 5% of our annual total revenue and typically results in a net loss. For the second quarter, we delivered revenue of $199 million, an increase of 11% over the prior year. This increase was primarily driven by higher assisted tax prep volume and net average charge, or NAC, continued double-digit Wave growth, and higher DIY software sales. Total operating expenses for the quarter were $498 million, a 5% increase over the prior year.
