About Boston Omaha

Boston Omaha (NYSE:BOC) is a publicly traded holding company headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. Since its founding in 2015, the company has focused on acquiring and operating growth-oriented businesses in industries with attractive demand characteristics. Boston Omaha’s diversified platform includes middle-mile fiber networks, greenhouse agriculture operations and automotive finance services.

In its telecommunications segment, Boston Omaha develops and operates fiber-based, middle-mile networks that connect carriers, internet service providers and enterprise customers. The company’s portfolio spans several rural and suburban markets in the United States, with fiber infrastructure assets serving communities in states such as Massachusetts, Colorado, Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa. By targeting under-served geographies and deploying high-capacity fiber routes, Boston Omaha aims to address the growing need for reliable broadband transport.

The company’s greenhouse agriculture business operates under West Creek Greenhouses, a hydroponic greenhouse facility located in southwest Florida. West Creek produces leafy greens and specialty vegetables for regional grocery retailers and food service distributors, leveraging automated climate control and integrated water-recycling systems to optimize yields and resource efficiency.

Boston Omaha’s automotive finance segment provides retail floor plan financing, dealer installment financing and related services through SUBCAR Financial. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this unit serves independent auto dealers across the Southwest, offering working capital solutions for inventory acquisition and financing options for end customers. Leadership at Boston Omaha is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Spencer Pennington, with Thomas Lane serving as Chief Financial Officer.
