Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, trading on the OTCMKTS under the symbol TAWNF, is the flag carrier and national airline of Thailand. Originally established in 1960 through a partnership between the Thai government and Scandinavian Airlines System, Thai Airways International emerged as a standalone carrier following a merger in 1988 with the government‐owned Thai Airways Company. As a state‐owned enterprise under the oversight of Thailand’s Ministry of Finance, Thai Airways International is managed by an executive leadership team and board of directors.
