West Creek produces leafy greens and specialty vegetables for regional grocery retailers and food service distributors, leveraging automated climate control and integrated water-recycling systems to optimize yields and resource efficiency.

Boston Omaha’s automotive finance segment provides retail floor plan financing, dealer installment financing and related services through SUBCAR Financial. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, this unit serves independent auto dealers across the Southwest, offering working capital solutions for inventory acquisition and financing options for end customers. Leadership at Boston Omaha is led by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Spencer Pennington, with Thomas Lane serving as Chief Financial Officer.
