Park Aerospace (NYSE:PKE) (NYSE: PKE) is a specialized materials and manufacturing company that designs, develops and produces high-performance composite structures, engineered laminates and specialty adhesives for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. Its product portfolio includes advanced honeycomb cores, composite assemblies, dielectric and high-reliability circuit materials, as well as structural and bonding solutions that meet demanding performance and weight requirements.

The company operates through two principal segments. The Advanced Composite Structures segment delivers precision-engineered panels, subassemblies and integrated honeycomb components for commercial and military aircraft applications. The Engineered Materials and Adhesives segment supplies high-reliability laminates, prepregs and adhesives for printed circuit manufacturing, electrical insulation and structural bonding in harsh environments.

Park Aerospace serves a global base of customers, including leading airframe and engine OEMs, defense contractors and electronics manufacturers. Production and test facilities are located throughout North America and Europe, enabling the company to support regional programs and stringent quality standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. Its materials and assemblies are found in commercial airliners, military platforms, radar systems and high-speed electronic devices.

Founded in 1962, the company has evolved through technological innovation and strategic investments in research and manufacturing capabilities. Under the leadership of President and Chief Executive Officer Gregory S. Wald, Park Aerospace continues to focus on material science advancements, operational excellence and program support to meet the evolving needs of customers in highly regulated industries.
