Founded in 2000 by Hanzade Doğan Boyner, Hepsiburada has developed primarily to serve consumers and businesses in Turkey. The company began trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol HEPS in 2021. Nilhan Onal Gökçetekin has served as chief executive officer since 2024, while founder Hanzade Doğan Boyner remains associated with the company’s leadership and governance.
