About EQT

EQT (NYSE:EQT) (NYSE: EQT) is a U.S.-based energy company focused on the exploration, development and production of natural gas. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the company concentrates its upstream operations in the Appalachian Basin, producing from major shale formations including the Marcellus and Utica. EQT’s primary product is natural gas, with production activities supported by associated liquids and conventional gas assets where applicable.

In addition to drilling and well development, EQT operates and coordinates the infrastructure and commercial activities necessary to bring gas to market. The company supports its upstream portfolio with gathering and processing arrangements, transportation contracts and commodity marketing to move production to utilities, power generators, industrial users and wholesale markets. Operations emphasize scale and efficiency to manage production volumes and deliverability across its operating area.

Over time, EQT has grown through the development of shale resources and strategic transactions that expanded its acreage and technical capabilities in the Appalachia region. The company is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker EQT and reports results and disclosures to public markets in accordance with regulatory requirements.

EQT is led by an executive management team and governed by a board of directors responsible for corporate strategy, operational oversight and governance. Its business model centers on large-scale natural gas production in the eastern United States and the commercial integration of midstream and marketing activities to monetize produced volumes.
