Rush Enterprises (NASDAQ:RUSHA) is a commercial vehicle solutions provider that operates a network of truck dealerships under the Rush Truck Centers name. The company sells new and used commercial vehicles, including trucks and related equipment from manufacturers such as Peterbilt, International, Ford, Isuzu and Hino, serving customers in the trucking, construction, energy, public-sector and other industries.

In addition to vehicle sales, Rush Truck Centers provides aftermarket support through parts distribution, maintenance, repair and collision services. Its offerings also include truck leasing and rental, upfitting and equipment installation, mobile service, and financing and insurance-related services. These operations are designed to support customers throughout the ownership and operating life of their commercial vehicles.

Rush Enterprises traces its roots to a truck dealership founded by W. Marvin Rush in 1965 and has expanded through acquisitions and dealership development. The company is headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, and serves customers through locations across the United States. William M. “Rusty” Rush, a member of the founding family, serves as chairman, president and chief executive officer.
