About Olin

Olin (NYSE:OLN) is a diversified manufacturer specializing in chemical products and ammunition. The company’s core business activities encompass the production and distribution of chlor-alkali products, epoxy resins and derivatives, and small-caliber ammunition under the Winchester brand. Olin’s chemical operations supply chlorine, caustic soda and related co-products to a wide range of end markets, including water treatment, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals and general industrial applications.

In its Chlor Alkali Products & Vinyls segment, Olin operates multiple manufacturing facilities that produce chlorine and sodium hydroxide, along with vinyl chloride monomer and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compounds. The Epoxy segment develops and markets a variety of epoxy resins, curing agents and performance coatings used in aerospace, automotive, electronics and construction industries. Under the Winchester Business Unit, the company designs, manufactures and distributes small-caliber, centerfire and rimfire ammunition for sporting, law enforcement and military purposes.

Founded in 1892 by Franklin W. Olin, the company has evolved through a series of expansions and mergers to become a prominent global chemical and ammunition producer. Headquartered in Clayton, Missouri, Olin maintains production and distribution facilities across North America, Europe and Latin America to serve a diverse customer base. Its integrated asset base and logistical network support both domestic and international markets.

Olin’s leadership team is led by President and Chief Executive Officer John E. Fischer, who has overseen strategic growth initiatives and operational enhancements. The company emphasizes safety, sustainability and innovation within its manufacturing footprint, aiming to strengthen its competitive position in specialty chemicals and ammunition segments.
