About Citius Pharmaceuticals

Citius Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:CTXR) (NASDAQ: CTXR) is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing products for underserved areas of healthcare. The company has historically concentrated on anti-infective therapies, oncology treatments and supportive-care products, with an emphasis on therapies that address significant unmet medical needs.

Citius’ lead programs have included Mino-Lok, an investigational antibiotic lock solution designed to help salvage infected central venous catheters by treating catheter-related bloodstream infections while preserving the catheter. The company has also developed LYMPHIR (denileukin diftitox-cxdl), an oncology therapy for adults with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. LYMPHIR received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2024 and is being advanced through the company’s oncology operations.

The company’s activities have primarily focused on the U.S. market and on obtaining regulatory approval and commercializing specialty therapies. Citius Pharmaceuticals was founded in 2010 and is headquartered in New Jersey. Its leadership has included Myron Holubiak as chief executive officer and Leonard Mazur as chairman, although management roles may change over time.
