The company’s portfolio is primarily composed of grocery-anchored community and neighborhood shopping centers, as well as mixed-use properties that combine retail, office, residential, and other uses.

Saul Centers was established in 1993 and is affiliated with B.F. Saul Company, a real estate organization with a long history in the Washington, D.C., area. The company is led by B. Francis Saul II, who serves as chairman and chief executive officer.
