About Artiva Biotherapeutics

Artiva Biotherapeutics (NASDAQ:ARTV) is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company’s platform is designed to produce off-the-shelf NK cell treatments that can be manufactured at scale and administered without requiring cells to be collected from each individual patient.

Artiva’s lead product candidate, AlloNK, also known as AB-101, is an investigational allogeneic NK cell therapy intended to target and eliminate antibody-coated cells. The company is evaluating AlloNK in combination with antibody treatments, including rituximab, in clinical studies for conditions such as B-cell malignancies and autoimmune diseases. Its research has included applications involving B-cell depletion, an approach being investigated for diseases in which abnormal or overactive B cells contribute to illness.

Headquartered in San Diego, California, Artiva was founded to advance scalable NK cell manufacturing and cell-based immunotherapies. The company’s programs remain investigational and are being developed through clinical research and collaborations. Artiva’s shares trade on the Nasdaq under the symbol ARTV.
