About Rayonier

Rayonier (NYSE:RYN), Inc. (NYSE: RYN) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust specializing in timberland ownership and management. The company’s core business revolves around sustainably growing, harvesting, and marketing timber and timber-related products. Rayonier’s timberland portfolio encompasses approximately 2.7 million acres across the United States and New Zealand, focusing on softwood and hardwood fiber for use in paper, packaging and building materials.

Rayonier operates through two primary segments: Timber and Real Estate Solutions. The Timber segment manages long‐rotation plantations of pine and eucalyptus, providing a reliable supply of wood products to industrial customers. The Real Estate Solutions segment leverages the company’s land holdings to generate value through sales of rural and urban parcels, development partnerships and site leasing for residential, commercial and industrial purposes.

Founded in 1926 as Rainier Pulp & Paper Company, Rayonier evolved over nearly a century into an independent REIT following a spinoff from International Paper in 2004. Throughout its history, the company has pursued a balanced approach to land management, combining timber production with conservation initiatives. Its portfolio includes working forests certified by leading sustainable forestry programs and conservation easements to protect biodiversity and water resources.

Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Rayonier is led by President and Chief Executive Officer David M. Nunes, supported by a management team experienced in forestry, land development and capital markets. The company maintains a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship and community engagement, aiming to provide long‐term returns to shareholders while promoting responsible land use and sustainable resource practices.
