About Liberty Latin America

Liberty Latin America (NASDAQ:LILA) is a telecommunications company that provides video, broadband internet, telephony and mobile services across Latin America and the Caribbean. The company’s operations span consumer and business markets, offering cable television packages, high-speed broadband connections, fixed-line voice services and wireless data plans. Through its brands, including Flow in several Caribbean territories and VTR in Chile, Liberty Latin America focuses on delivering converged digital solutions designed to meet both residential and enterprise needs.

Formed in 2018 as a spin-off from Liberty Global, Liberty Latin America built its initial footprint by integrating legacy assets acquired from Cable & Wireless Communications and Columbus Communications. The spin-off established the company as an independent entity, unlocking focused investment in regional network infrastructure. In subsequent years, the company expanded its reach through the acquisition of AT&T’s operations in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, reinforcing its commitment to growing broadband and mobile offerings in key markets.

Liberty Latin America’s product portfolio includes fiber and hybrid-fiber coax networks that support high-definition video and multi-gigabit internet speeds. In addition to residential services, the company offers managed data transport, cloud connectivity, cybersecurity and voice solutions for small and medium-size enterprises, as well as public sector organizations. The multi-play approach aims to create bundled service packages, enabling customers to access television, internet and voice services under a single contract.

Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Liberty Latin America serves more than a dozen distinct markets, including the Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Puerto Rico, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Chile, the Dominican Republic and Barbados. The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Balan Nair, who oversees strategy, network investment and customer experience initiatives. With a diverse geographic footprint and a focus on digital transformation, Liberty Latin America continues to pursue growth opportunities across underserved and high-potential markets in the region.
