About Serve Robotics

Serve Robotics (NASDAQ:SERV) develops and operates autonomous sidewalk delivery robots designed to transform last-mile logistics for restaurants, retailers and grocery brands. By combining proprietary hardware, sensor suites and dispatch software, the company enables on-demand deliveries of food, beverages and consumer goods while minimizing reliance on traditional vehicle fleets.

The core Serve robot integrates four-wheeled mobility, LiDAR and vision cameras with AI-driven navigation algorithms to detect obstacles, traverse urban sidewalks and interact safely with pedestrians. Serve’s cloud-based platform handles routing, fleet management and real-time monitoring, allowing partners to schedule deliveries, track vehicle locations and analyze performance metrics through an online dashboard.

Founded as a spin-out from Postmates’ research division, Serve Robotics launched its commercial service in 2022 and has since expanded pilot programs across major U.S. markets. The company collaborates with national and regional brands to deploy robots in dense urban areas, university campuses and residential neighborhoods, aiming to reduce delivery costs, emissions and congestion associated with traditional courier models.

Under the leadership of co-founders and CEO Hilary Gosher, Serve Robotics is venture-backed by investors from the robotics, logistics and technology sectors. The company continues to refine its engineering roadmap and software integration capabilities as it scales operations and explores new partnerships in the autonomous delivery space.
