Trump's New Dollar
Porter Stansberry says President Trump has signed an executive order initiating what he calls a full U.S. dollar reset - and most Americans don't know it's happening. The last time America underwent a monetary shift like this, under Nixon in the 1970s, it minted an average of 1,300 new millionaires a day for over half a century. Stansberry has released a new documentary naming the assets he believes are positioned to surge as a result.tc pixel

About Sabine Royalty Trust

Sabine Royalty Trust (NYSE:SBR) is a Delaware statutory trust that owns a non-operating royalty interest in a portfolio of oil and gas properties. Rather than engaging in exploration or production activities directly, the trust receives a share of net proceeds from hydrocarbon production on the underlying properties and distributes those proceeds to unitholders on a monthly basis.

The trust was established in 1982 through a transaction with Sabine Oil & Gas Corporation, which transferred its overriding royalty interests in numerous wells and acreage to the trust. Since its formation, Sabine Royalty Trust has operated under a fixed-term structure, with the trust expected to terminate once the conveyed interests in the properties expire or become uneconomic.

Assets held by the trust are concentrated in onshore production areas across Louisiana and Texas, encompassing both mature conventional fields and wells that produce from various formations. A designated trustee administers the trust in accordance with its governing documents, ensuring that royalties are collected, expenses are managed, and distributions are made to unitholders in a timely manner.
