ETF Overview

The Corgi Quantum Computing ETF (CQTM) is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks capital appreciation by investing primarily in companies involved in quantum computing and quantum-ready security technologies. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in companies engaged in the research, development, manufacturing or commercialization of quantum computing and related technologies.

The fund’s investment universe includes companies involved in quantum hardware and components, control electronics, cryogenic and photonic systems, quantum software and algorithms, quantum networking and sensing, and post-quantum cryptography. It may also invest in businesses that provide key management and secure communications technologies designed to protect enterprise, government and critical infrastructure systems against future quantum-computing threats.

CQTM may invest in U.S. and foreign companies of any market capitalization, including through American depositary receipts. The fund may also obtain limited exposure to private companies through interests in special-purpose vehicles. Corgi Strategies, LLC manages the fund using fundamental analysis and thematic and quantitative screening, evaluating eligible companies based on their position within the quantum technology supply chain, growth potential and valuation. The fund is non-diversified and trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange.
