Its Spacelabs Healthcare business develops patient monitoring systems, diagnostic cardiology products, anesthesia delivery systems, and clinical information and connectivity solutions for healthcare facilities.

The company’s Optoelectronics and Manufacturing segment produces optoelectronic components, sensors, and electronic assemblies used in industrial, defense, aerospace, medical, and communications applications. OSI Systems was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Hawthorne, California. Deepak Chopra serves as the company’s chairman and chief executive officer.
