What are analysts saying about Pool Corporation stock?
Here are some recent quotes from research analysts about Pool Corporation stock:
- Wedbush analysts commented, "With scale, and as a value-added distributor of swimming pool supplies, equipment and related outdoor leisure products, we view shares of Pool Corporation (POOL) as a core holding for mid-capitalization portfolios. Furthermore, POOL's market share and scale lends itself to relative advantages operationally and in purchasing efficiencies; we believe POOL can grow EPS in the range of 15-18% over the mid-term. With low cap-ex reinvestment rates, management converts over 100% of net income to cash flow from operations, thereby funding a disciplined acquisition strategy and providing consistent returns to shareholders via growing dividend and share repurchases." (2/14/2017)
According to Zacks Investment Research, "Pool Corp.’s shares have outperformed the Zacks categorized Leisure & Recreation Products industry year to date. Moreover, for Pool, third-quarter 2016 marked the company’s 26th consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth in sales, gross profit and operating earnings. Notably, the company should continue to benefit in the near term from base business sales growth and favorable trends in the housing market. Additionally, continually strong growth in the pool renovation category along with reasonable improvement in green segment sales, is a major positive. Further, stronger consumer discretionary spending along with a tight supply situation, point to consistently robust demand for the rest of 2016 and 2017. The company’s leading market share position and opportunistic expansion strategies position it well for revenue growth. However, seasonality of the company’s business and macroeconomic headwinds raises concern." (12/8/2016)
