Quanex serves manufacturers and building-product customers in North America, Europe, and other international markets. The company expanded its global fenestration and building-products presence through the acquisition of Tyman plc, which was completed in 2024. Quanex is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and is led by President and Chief Executive Officer George Wilson.
