The Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities, which comprises the Index and depositary receipts representing securities, which comprises the Index. Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC acts as the investment adviser of the Fund. The Index consists of all equity securities rated by Raymond James & Associates, Inc. (Raymond James & Associates). The SB-1 Equity Index is composed of all equity securities rated Buy 1 (SB-1) by Raymond James & Associates, an affilliate of Raymond James Research Services, LLC (Raymond James).
