The company traces its origins to Entrecanales y Távora, a Spanish construction firm established in 1931, and adopted the Acciona name in 1997. Acciona serves public- and private-sector customers across Europe, the Americas, Australia, Africa and Asia. José Manuel Entrecanales serves as the company’s executive chairman.
