Edward Woo Analyst Performance

Mr. Woo serves as Director of Research and Senior Analyst for Ascendiant Capital Markets, LLC. Mr. Woo has over twenty years of experience – eight of which at Ascendiant – as an equity research analyst, during which time he has been responsible for industry and company analysis, financial modeling, formulating investment recommendations, publishing reports, and monitoring performance. He has made media appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg, and has been quoted in publications such as Reuters, MarketWatch, and the Los Angeles Times. Prior to Ascendiant, Mr. Woo was an equity analyst at Wedbush Securities in Los Angeles, California, and was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, Unisys Corporation, and Atlantic Richfield Company. Mr. Woo earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Yale School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Mr. Woo is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Institute, and is a California licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive). He maintains FINRA Series 7, 16, 24, 63, 86, 87, and 99 securities registrations.
