Mike Niehuser Analyst Performance

Richard (Mike) Niehuser is a Managing Director, Senior Research Analyst at ROTH, specializing in equity research coverage of the metals and mining sector. Prior to joining Roth Capital Partners, he gained experience in equity research at R.F Lafferty & Co., Inc., Scarsdale Equities LLC, and Beacon Rock Research LLC, where he covered various areas including mining (precious and base metals, and rare earth elements) and alternative energy. He also worked as a generalist with a focus on financials at the Robins Group and RedChip Review. Before transitioning to equity research, Mr. Niehuser worked in commercial real estate lending at US Bank. Mr. Niehuser earned his B.S. degree in Business and Finance from the University of Oregon. Additionally, he attended the Pacific Coast Banking School, where he was later invited to join the faculty. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Niehuser has dedicated his time to public service, serving as a public school board member for ten years and on the board of the Oregon International Airshow for eight years. He also founded a memorial scholarship in honor of Col. John Boyd, USAF.
