SPX Technologies (NYSE:SPXC) is a diversified industrial technology company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company designs, manufactures and services highly engineered products and solutions used by customers in the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), infrastructure and industrial markets.

SPX’s HVAC businesses provide cooling towers, evaporative and air-cooled cooling systems, boilers, heat-transfer equipment, air-handling products and related services. Its brands include Marley, Recold, Weil-McLain, Patterson-Kelley, Berko and QMark. These products support commercial buildings, industrial facilities, data centers and other applications that require temperature control and thermal-management systems.

Through its Detection and Measurement businesses, SPX supplies equipment and technologies used to locate and monitor underground infrastructure, test and measure electrical and communications systems, and support specialized industrial applications. The company serves customers in North America and international markets through manufacturing, sales and service operations in multiple countries.

SPX traces its roots to the early 20th century and has expanded through acquisitions and portfolio changes over time. The company adopted the name SPX Technologies in 2022 to reflect its focus on engineered technologies and solutions. Gene Lowe serves as president and chief executive officer.
