The company also develops investigational RNAi medicines for diseases affecting the liver, cardiovascular system, central nervous system, and other areas.

The company serves patients and healthcare providers through commercial operations and partnerships in the United States and international markets. Alnylam has entered collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to support the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of certain products. Yvonne Greenstreet has served as Alnylam’s chief executive officer since 2022.
