Restaurant Brands International (NYSE:QSR) (NYSE:QSR) is a global quick-service restaurant company that owns and operates a portfolio of well-known restaurant brands. Its principal brands are Burger King, Tim Hortons, Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and Firehouse Subs, which serve customers through company-operated and franchised restaurants.

The company’s brands offer a range of products, including hamburgers, chicken sandwiches and meals, coffee and baked goods, fried and Louisiana-style chicken, and specialty subs. RBI primarily operates through a franchise-based model, supporting franchisees with brand management, restaurant development, marketing, technology and supply-chain services.

RBI was formed in 2014 through the combination of Burger King and Tim Hortons and expanded its portfolio through the acquisition of Popeyes in 2017 and Firehouse Subs in 2021. The company serves customers across numerous markets in North America and internationally. Josh Kobza serves as chief executive officer.
