Trump's New Dollar
Porter Stansberry says President Trump has signed an executive order initiating what he calls a full U.S. dollar reset - and most Americans don't know it's happening. The last time America underwent a monetary shift like this, under Nixon in the 1970s, it minted an average of 1,300 new millionaires a day for over half a century. Stansberry has released a new documentary naming the assets he believes are positioned to surge as a result.tc pixel

About Realty Income

Realty Income (NYSE:O) is a real estate investment trust (REIT) that acquires, owns, and manages commercial properties leased to businesses under long-term agreements. The company is widely known as “The Monthly Dividend Company” for its focus on providing regular monthly dividend payments to shareholders.

Most of Realty Income’s properties are operated under single-tenant, triple-net lease arrangements. Under these agreements, tenants generally are responsible for property taxes, insurance, and maintenance expenses, while Realty Income collects contractual rent. Its portfolio spans a broad range of industries, including retail, convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, automotive services, industrial operations, and other commercial uses.

Founded in 1969 and publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1994, Realty Income has expanded beyond its original U.S. market to serve tenants and own properties in the United Kingdom and several other European countries. The company is headquartered in San Diego, California, and is led by President and Chief Executive Officer Sumit Roy.
