About Destination XL Group

Destination XL Group (NASDAQ:DXLG) (NASDAQ: DXLG) is a specialty retailer focused on big and tall men’s apparel and accessories. Operating under its flagship DXL and Casual Male XL banners, the company offers an assortment of men’s clothing in larger sizes, including suits, dress shirts, casual wear, outerwear, activewear and underwear. In addition to its brick-and-mortar stores, Destination XL maintains a significant omnichannel presence through its e-commerce platform and direct mail catalog, enabling customers to shop for extended-size apparel across North America.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts, the company began its operations as Casual Male XL and over time evolved its retail concept to the Destination XL format, which emphasizes an elevated, destination-style shopping experience. Destination XL Group has grown its store network to more than 200 locations, primarily throughout the United States, with select outlets in Canada. The DXL brand combines national name brands, licensed products, and private labels designed specifically for the big and tall market.

Product offerings include men’s suits, dress shirts, chinos, denim, outerwear, knitwear, footwear and accessories, as well as an activewear line. The company’s private-label brands—such as Johnny Bigg, KingSize, and Silver Collection—aim to provide style, fit and quality at a value price point. Destination XL also partners with leading menswear labels to deliver a diverse assortment of domestic and imported goods tailored to the needs of larger-sized men.

Destination XL Group is led by Chief Executive Officer Harvey Kanter, who joined the company in 2018. Its executive leadership team oversees merchandising, store operations, marketing, e-commerce and supply chain functions. Through its curated product portfolio, multi-channel retail platform and targeted marketing efforts, Destination XL Group seeks to maintain its position as a premier destination for big and tall menswear.
