Blackstone, KKR, TPG Capital Settle LBO Collusion Charges
SpaceX is offering you shares. Don't take them.
SpaceX is reserving 30% of its IPO shares for retail investors through Robinhood, Fidelity, and Schwab. At a $1.75 trillion valuation and 266 times earnings, you're buying in at the most expensive IPO in history - right when institutions who got in at $800 billion need someone to sell to. Dylan Jovine has identified a small company in Musk's supply chain that builds the power infrastructure Colossus can't run without - and it's still trading at a fraction of its value.tc pixel

About Blackstone

Blackstone (NYSE:BX) (NYSE: BX) is a global investment firm focused on alternative asset management. Founded in 1985 by Stephen A. Schwarzman and Peter G. Peterson and headquartered in New York City, the firm organizes and manages investment vehicles that acquire and operate businesses, real estate and credit investments, as well as provide hedge fund solutions and other alternative strategies for institutional and individual investors.

Blackstone’s business is organized around several principal investment platforms. Its private equity business acquires controlling or significant stakes in companies across industries to drive operational improvement and growth. The firm is a major investor in commercial real estate, owning and managing a wide range of property types. Blackstone Credit (formerly GSO) provides credit-oriented strategies, including direct lending, mezzanine, and distressed debt. The firm also offers hedge fund solutions, secondary and fund of funds strategies, infrastructure investing and opportunistic “tactical” investments that seek to capitalize on market dislocations or niche opportunities.

Blackstone serves a global client base that includes pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, endowments, foundations and high-net-worth individuals. It deploys capital through a mix of closed-end funds, open-ended vehicles, separate accounts and publicly offered products, and conducts investment activity across the Americas, Europe, Asia and other regions. The firm’s portfolio operations often involve active asset management, strategic repositioning and consolidation to enhance value over time.

Leadership at Blackstone has been led by co-founder Stephen A. Schwarzman, who serves as chairman and chief executive officer; Jonathan D. Gray has served as president and chief operating officer after leading the firm’s real estate business. Over its history, Blackstone has grown from a boutique advisory and private equity shop into one of the most prominent alternative asset managers globally, known for large-scale buyouts, real estate investments and institutional credit strategies.
