About RTX

RTX (NYSE:RTX) (NYSE: RTX) is a U.S.-based aerospace and defense company that designs, manufactures and services advanced systems for commercial, military and governmental customers worldwide. The company was created through the 2020 combination of Raytheon Company and United Technologies Corporation and later adopted the RTX name, positioning itself as a diversified provider across the aerospace and defense value chain.

RTX’s operations span a broad set of capabilities. Its commercial aerospace businesses include Pratt & Whitney aircraft engines and Collins Aerospace systems, which supply propulsion, avionics, aerostructures, interiors and integrated aircraft systems. On the defense side, its Raytheon businesses develop and produce missile and air defense systems, radar and sensor suites, electronic warfare technologies, and intelligence and space solutions. The company also provides software, cybersecurity, and advanced electronics to support mission systems.

In addition to original equipment, RTX offers extensive aftermarket services including maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), fleet management, digital services and long‑term sustainment programs. Its customer base includes commercial airlines and aerospace OEMs, defense ministries, government agencies and space organizations across North America, Europe, Asia and other global markets, reflecting a geographically diversified revenue stream and a mix of commercial and defense contracts.

Since its formation, RTX has focused on integrating the technology and industrial capabilities of its predecessor companies to deliver systems for air, land, sea, space and cyber domains. The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Gregory J. Hayes and operates multiple well‑known businesses and brands that are recognized suppliers to the global aerospace and defense industries.
