About ICL Group

ICL Group (NYSE:ICL) is a global specialty minerals and chemicals company headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel. Established in its current form through the consolidation of Israeli government–owned chemical operations, ICL has evolved into a publicly traded entity on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: ICL). The company’s origins date back to state-driven mineral extraction in the Negev and the Dead Sea region, and over the decades it has grown through strategic acquisitions, technological innovation and a gradual privatization process completed in the early 2010s.

ICL’s core operations are organized into three principal business areas. Its Agricultural Solutions segment produces phosphate- and potash-based fertilizers, along with specialty nutrient products designed to enhance crop yields, soil health and nutrient efficiency. The Food Solutions division supplies food-grade phosphates, acidulants, texturizers and functional ingredients that help global food and beverage manufacturers meet regulatory standards, optimize texture and extend shelf life. In addition, the company’s Industrial Products unit offers a broad portfolio of bromine-based flame retardants, performance chemicals for water treatment, oil and gas drilling additives, and other value-added specialty compounds.

With production facilities and research centers spanning Israel, Europe, North America, South America, Asia Pacific and Australia, ICL serves customers in over 120 countries. The company leverages its geological assets in the Dead Sea basin among other mineral reserves to secure feedstock while investing in sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, conserving water and promoting circular economy principles. ICL’s management team, based in Tel Aviv, combines industry expertise and a commitment to innovation for its diverse customer base.

Driven by demand for enhanced agricultural productivity, clean-label food ingredients and high-performance industrial chemicals, ICL Group continues to pursue growth through process optimization, product development and targeted expansion into emerging markets. The company’s integrated supply chain, global distribution network and ongoing R&D efforts position it as a key supplier across agriculture, food processing, water treatment, electronics and beyond.
