What are analysts saying about Autoliv stock?
Here are some recent quotes from research analysts about Autoliv stock:
According to Zacks Investment Research, "Autoliv has underperformed the Zacks categorized Auto/Truck-Original Equipment industry over a year. The company’s fourth-quarter adjusted earnings missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate and decreased from a year ago. Even Autoliv’s record consolidated revenues fell short of estimates. Negative currency translation effects are a major headwind for Autoliv. The company’s earnings estimates have also been falling lately." (2/7/2017)
- BMO Capital Markets analysts commented, "We believe the recent sell-off in ALV shares has created a more opportunistic buying opportunity. The growth outlook remains robust following two years of very strong bookings, although 2017 results will be negatively affected by the need for increased investment spending, setting 2018 (and likely 2019) up for double-digit EPS growth. We reiterate our Outperform rating." (2/6/2017)
- Jefferies Group LLC analysts commented, "We lower ALV to Hold as we now see limited upside to valuation and estimates. With the exception of tyre profits for 2017, we make only minor changes to our estimates, largely updating for the FX moves." (1/19/2017)
