Its portfolio includes parks operating under the Six Flags, Cedar Fair and affiliated brand names, including Six Flags Great Adventure, Cedar Point, Knott’s Berry Farm and Kings Island.

Six Flags Entertainment was formed through the merger of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and Cedar Fair, L.P., which was completed in July 2024. The combined company retained the Six Flags name and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol FUN.
