In 2021, the company completed the sale of its global products business to Aramco, leaving Valvoline focused on vehicle maintenance services rather than the manufacture and sale of lubricants.

The company is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. Lori Flees serves as Valvoline’s president and chief executive officer.
