Gross margins for the quarter were 2%, 36%, and 9%, respectively, for digital asset self-mining, digital asset hosting, and HPC hosting. Operating expenses for the fourth quarter of 2024 totaled $43.6 million, as compared to $30 million for the same period in the prior year. Next, I'd like to walk you through the balance sheet, starting on slide nine. Exiting 2023, our total debt balance was approximately $1 billion. During 2024, as part of Chapter 11 debt restructuring, we lowered total debt by $270 million. Subsequently, we equitized our secured convertible notes for $260 million, largely through mandatory conversion. They're finding, obviously, other partners to work with them on construction, design, etc. But from where we sit today, I would say hyperscalers are not necessarily throwing their weight around in that regard.
