It tends to, you know, revolve around, you know, election time. It's a, it's a very popular topic, around affordability, but hasn't really had any meat to it. And I think, if anything, this, this ongoing conversation has probably highlighted, how irrational, rate caps can be, as it tends to, to hurt, you know, again, the, the very people that you're trying to help. So while the probability is, is likely not exactly zero, it, it's very, very low.
