About Arcus Biosciences

Arcus Biosciences (NYSE:RCUS) is a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing medicines for the treatment of cancer. The company uses a proprietary research platform to develop small-molecule and antibody-based therapies designed to target biological mechanisms involved in tumor growth and immune-system regulation.

Arcus’ oncology pipeline has included investigational therapies such as zimberelimab, an anti-PD-1 antibody; domvanalimab, an anti-TIGIT antibody; quemliclustat, a CD73 inhibitor; and etrumadenant, an adenosine receptor antagonist. These candidates are being evaluated in combination regimens and across multiple cancer types, including lung and gastrointestinal cancers. The company does not have a broad portfolio of marketed products and remains primarily focused on clinical-stage development.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Hayward, California, Arcus conducts research and clinical development activities through collaborations and studies involving institutions and patients in the United States and other international markets. The company has maintained a strategic partnership with Gilead Sciences to advance and commercialize certain oncology programs. Arcus was co-founded and is led by Terry Rosen, Ph.D., who serves as chief executive officer.
